We could hear everything from the room next to us,and I mean everything. The room above us, it sounded like they were stomping on the floor as they walked across the room. "I stayed here to do some hiking in the area. My stay at the property was excellent well taken care of by property managers or owners of the property. The grill helped out a lot. You are in small towns in south central Tennessee (west of Chattanooga and Knoxville) grocery stores are not close by and are few and far between.Those points may make things difficult for you, come prepared.Restaurants maybe a drive also. Have time to visit piggly wiggly while you’re here. Bathrooms are camping style...

"This property was well located for our business trip. The picture of the property shown on the listing is a somewhat deceptive, the actual entrance to the rental can't be seen. The inside was clean and supplied for our visit. Wash cloths, hand towels and toilet paper were in short supply for our 4 day visit. Outside the grounds were somewhat cluttered and the picnic table had a broken seat. A leaking toilet valve and loose kitchen faucet will need attention."

"This was convenient to all the things that we wanted to do while in McMinnville. Check-in was easy. There was a problem with the internet, but it was because the wrong information was passed to me. :-(. The cleaning crew could certainly do better. "I loved my stay! Very clean and comfortable. There were a few ants in the kitchen but it didn't bother me much and had been treated by pest control. Location right by the lake was perfect. The whole community was quite lovely and inviting. My little issue was the lack of kitchen knives for cutting fruits and veggies. There were a couple tiny knives and a bread knife, but nothing like a chef's knife. No peeler either. Maybe I just missed it?? I made due but those seem like regular kitchen items...

"Gorgeous and very private setting on a little lake in rural Tennessee. The cabin itself was clean, except for the loads of dead ladybug bodies all over the floor, kitchen counters, and table. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was very well-equipped, and host responded quickly when contacted about issue with water heater. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. "
