"This was convenient to all the things that we wanted to do while in McMinnville. Check-in was easy. There was a problem with the internet, but it was because the wrong information was passed to me. :-(. The cleaning crew could certainly do better. "We spent three nights in this awesome apartment. It was perfectly located and had everything we needed. The inside was very well done and the owner was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time it won’t be 10 degrees and we can explore the downtown a little more"

"Nice well kept property. Room was comfortable and clean however, the walls and ceiling seemed to be paper thin or absolutely no insulation between them. We could hear everything from the room next to us,and I mean everything. The room above us, it sounded like they were stomping on the floor as they walked across the room. Needless to say that it was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Also the door to the room needs weather stripping around it, we could see right through to the hallway from...

"Very clean, open, spacious and loved the decor. Kitchenette was nice and appreciated the pitcher of filtered drinking water. Bed was very comfy with nice linens. The bathroom layout is also great and has separate room for tub/shower. Location worked well and had everything we needed for our short stay. We enjoyed this beautiful studio while visiting Sewanee and will book again!"

"Went to visit TN Whiskey Trail. We determined Winchester, TN would be a good spot to stage from. This loft was ideal...right in the middle of Winchester and esay walking to numerous restaurants in a quaint little town. Adam was a great host and was always Johnny on the spot. Due to impending Artic Blast, he provided two addtional space heaters to keep the loft warm.We will be back! Thank you, Adam."
