"Mi experiencia ha sido totalmente nula! El mismo día del ingreso en el alojamiento nos la han cancelado porque ya había otro inquilino, a pesar de estar pagado. Todo esto ha sido mientras ya estabamos de viaje y con 2 niñas pequeñas; nos encontramos cerca de Vigo (que era nuestro destino) sin alojamiento y no nos dieron ninguna alternativa. HORRIBLE!!"

"Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr gut! Beim Check-in hätte es jedoch geholfen, wenn darauf hingewiesen worden wäre, dass dieser im Hotel auf dem Gelände erfolgen muss. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden diese jederzeit weiterempfehlen."

Nous avons pu profiter enfants comme adultes de tous ces espaces avec plaisir. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les principales villes du Nord : Viana do Castelo, Porto, Braga, Guimarães et o Gérês. "This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place. It is immaculately clean, has all the necessary amenities and more, the owner is obliging and nice. A five star service for very little money. Highly recommended. "

"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...
