"We stayed here as a couple in Jan. beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Spa is excellent, lovely facilities and generally clean. Staff were all friendly. Couple of negatives in my opinion, the tiling in the thermal pool looks like it needs replacing. And only one robe for 3 days, it would be nice if these were replaced daily in the room as putting back on cold wet robe the next day isn’t pleasant. That’s just a couple of observations but the stay was relaxing, lovely breakfast with lots of choice and nice bar with Adam being a knowledgeable and friendly barman. Would def recommend and we will return. "

The only complaints we had were that we struggled to get the tempersture of our room right - the weather was very cold- and the lighting in the restaurant was rather subdued making it difficult to read the menu!"

"Was able to check in early which was a bonus as I'd travelled earlier than planned because of the threatened bad weather. I could not fault any staff I encountered, they were all very helpful. Lovely room with plenty of space. Very convenient for the regent theatre."
