While not luxurious, it was exceptionally clean, well stocked (e.g., toilet paper), in good condition, and Trent was awesome! "A perfect place to stay if you are planning on activities at Oregon State University. Easy walk to both Gill Coliseum and Reser Stadium. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The restaurant is a nice plus, but meals are not included with your stay. Parking also costs, which is unusua considering they’re not in a busy metropolitan area. Rooms could use some updating, but are clean and comfortable. I believe they’re in the middle of a remodel."

It is right on Highway 101, so traffic can be loud, but usually settles down at night. Great staff. Great value."

"Our stay was good! The person who checked us in was nice and let us know it would be a quiet weekend at the resort. The room was good with a beautiful view. It was a quiet stay with very few other guests which means we didn’t disturb each other. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! It’s placed conveniently only a 25 minute drive to the Sea Lion caves and a 20-25 minute drive to the Aquarium in Newport. "

"This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean."
