"When we arrived at the lodge we were supposed to be staying in there was another family there who said the lodge they were supposed to be staying in was occupied so they were given this lodge. We rang the contact number and he apologised, we were provided the key code for another lodge and when i opened the door that was occupied as there was a dog in there. "Was able to check in early which was a bonus as I'd travelled earlier than planned because of the threatened bad weather. I could not fault any staff I encountered, they were all very helpful. Lovely room with plenty of space. Very convenient for the regent theatre."

Lovely Spa Hotel, Lovey staff to match

"Second visit to the Manor House Spa. This was my first visit since they open the Spa. Its was lovely. Not to packed and lots of areas for you to choose. We didn’t book a treatment but maybe when we revisit when the second pool opens. I wouldn’t book through hotels as their packages don’t include access to the Spa Garden and that’s the best bit. I would recommend that the indoor spa should get a jacuzzi and a kettle with a longer lead to read the plug! "

"Overall the property is really good, staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant is really good and the breakfast was very good as well. Maybe they need to change a few things, like for example, our sink was broken, not sure for how long, but you'd like to think that a hotel like that will act quicker to those type of situations. Even with that, as for us it was a minor, we would like to stay again, the pool is really good and is so nice for walking."
