The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. "The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. "We had a 3 night family stay with our dog for New Year and this property was perfect for us. Quiet residential area. Dog exercise at the park just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop very close by if you don't have/don't want to use the car; personally we enjoyed the walk to Gunwharf Quay. A short drive to Southsea Prom and everything it has to offer. Beds were comfy and the living/cooking/eating area provided all we needed for a few days. Option to have a bath or shower is a great addition. Just...
