"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"Host was prompt at check in but quick to exit with 100 euro cleaning fee. No explanation on the operation of stove, washer and shower. Refused a second key which made planning the day with other couple frustrating. No change of bedding, 10 nites sleeping in same sheets not good especially since the washer did not work . Had to go to the laundromat and pay to get clean towels. Toilet seat broke, rusted off. Frying pans need replacing and mold in the shower needs work. Excellent view , nicely...

"Great location, giving diff options for evenings out, short walk to the marina, then onto Cala d’or centre or over to Cala egos. Beach mile away. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped apartment. Great door locks so no stressing about keys. Pleasant communication with property manager. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful apartment."

"Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again."

"We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host, Yadir, was a great help and was very attentive when we needed any information. He made our stay an even better experience. I must admit he provided everything we needed and more and his apartment certainly has the wow factor. The roof terrace was a beautiful place to eat and relax. "The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the big balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy a bbq. The pool area is a lovely setting and our children loved it, it was also very quiet for mid-August - we often had the pool to ourselves! "Nice grounds and pools but the self catering apartments needed an upgrade. First room we were given air conditioning smelt of mould and balcony had a massive overgrown tree blocking any view. They moved us to a better apartment but the air con was extremely noisy and did not cool properly. They made no attempt to fix in our 3 day stay. Parking was charged at €15 per night so we parked on the road. Supermarket opposite. Several restaurants nearby. If they sorted out the air con I would go back...

"The apartment was a good size for us. It had a good kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The air conditioning units were great as it was very hot and the washing machine was an added bonus. We had a problem with the kettle but Jayne the property manager ,who was very pleasant and efficient, resolved this issue within the hour. The beach was accessed directly from the complex and the pool was lovely. The balcony was a good size, with sun for most of the day but the beach...

"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. Recommended without hesitation"
