"Great location, but it's a second-floor apartment and the steps are no joke. Not suitable for folks with mobility issues. Also, although there were no pet hairs in the unit, there are pets downstairs. If you're super allergic, that could be a problem. There's a half-sized fridge, a toaster oven and an induction cooktop, but the kitchen sink is in the laundry room -- so not a great place if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Having said all that, the location was great for us -- close to the U of O...

"Our stay over Thanksgiving weekend at Ebony was exactly what we needed and more than we expected. It is the right size for two to stay, but we hosted some family and four us us had room to eat and visit comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and any cooking items needed. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is great. We were impressed immediately with how clean everything was. We plan on staying there for future visits."

"Great little place. It is very close to University of Oregon, and is in a nice neighborhood. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person. We look forward to coming back."
