"Its a boarding house, not a nice place to stay for a trip. The bathrooms were pretty gross. There were random people on the hallways for hours at a time. The tiny room had a non-functioning tv, stained sheets, and old ratty towels. I would never stay here again."

"This is such a great location and walkable to downtown Eugene and University of Oregon. We were in town visiting my daughter who is in school and attending a Ducks football game. Was perfect spot to be close to all the action. I even loved that there was a 7-11 across the street. Quick access to some basic supplies and snacks. "Great little place. It is very close to University of Oregon, and is in a nice neighborhood. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person. We look forward to coming back."

"My husband and I went to Corvallis to visit both of our kids at OSU! The communication was outstanding from Terry and he double checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful inside and out. Everything was arranged so well and was very clean. The setting was beautiful and we told ourselves immediately that this is where we would stay the next time we’re in Corvallis!
