"I stayed a week at Best Western after a terrible experience with Clarion Hotel next door. I was looking for to move to the area. The staff and management were extremely cordial. The week flew by and it felt safely than staying at the hotel next door which had homeless people roaming the parking lot. That being said, if I were to ever stay at a hotel for a reasonable price in Duluth, I would stay there again. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient with plenty of shopping...

"Stay was as expected. Basic needs met. A place to sleep overnite. Staff came to use plunger in stopped and overflowing toilet. Left without cleaning floor. Pretty sure toilets are not ADA compliant. Would stay again. Appreciate pet friendly policy."

"The space was very refreshing in true Kimpton fashion. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the city view. Staff and service was great. I was there for a couple days and they gave me great local food spots to check out while I was here. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. 10/10. "
