"Stunning property and location with the only big negative being the entry to the hotel was always surrounded by smokers so that there was no way to get into or out of the hotel without running the gauntlet of a strong smell of smoke. Not just an issue for this hotel but most of Europe. If they just made a zone for smokers that kept them from being right at the door it would make things far more enjoyable. "

"Since the check-in, the experience was great. Catalina at the front desk was very nice and gave us a lot of tips of the city. Lived the Roof, amazing views and great service. The room had a very nice view and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very friendly."

"Sooo easy! Landed midnight and was in my room and in bed by 12:30am. Was able to go run along the waterfront in the morning right out the front door. Room was clean and comfortable. Really a lovely hotel"
