The sound of the ocean waves and the breathtaking view of the sea is like a balm for the soul. A sense of harmony ( Armónia in Spanish) is immediately felt when stepping through the beautiful iron gate that leads down to the house and garden.

Casa Armónia is located in the elegant area of Los Pinos in Almuñécar, about 20 minutes east of Nerja and 10 minutes from La Herradura.
The villa extends over 175 sqm on two floors and is surrounded by a lovely garden of 450 sqm, including a private pool with the possibility of heating and several terraces.
The accommodation comfortably accommodates 8 people and is distributed as follows:

Upper floor (140 sqm):
Large open kitchen to living room and dining area with exit to terrace with generous dining table.
Beautiful sea view from large beautiful windows and the terrace.
1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be put together), private bathroom.
1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds.
Hall with guest toilet and exit to a large terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, sunbeds and a wonderful pool.

Private entrance from the terrace.
Open kitchen with living room and bathroom.
1 bedroom with double bed and exit to a spacious terrace with sea view.

At the front of the house there is a large terrace with lounge furniture, barbecue and a fantastic view. AC in all bedrooms and kitchen/living room on the top floor.

The beach, restaurants and small shops can be reached in a 15-minute walk, and another 20 minutes along the promenade will take you to the center and the old town.
