Costa Tropical, Almuñecar. Beach apt, seaviews, big terrace, shared pool, WiFi.

Our apartment "Tesorillo" has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and hot water tank, and dining/living room leading onto a large part-shaded terrace where you can eat al fresco

The bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lights and they comprise one double bed, and two twins. There is WiFi internet, TV (Spanish) and a DVD if you want to bring your own entertainment with you.

Apart from the beach, which is five minutes walk away (down the hill) and has two pleasant chiringuitos, there is also a large pool for the exclusive use of the complex. The pool is open 1 July to mid-September.

The urbanisation Tesorillo has a private gated entrance so car parking outside the apartment is quite easy, even in summer peak season. There is a pool 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the pool overlooks the beach, which is a further one minute walk. The pool is only for use of people staying in Tesorillo (there are tickets and the lifeguard checks these tickets when you arrive). There are also other public spaces - Miradors, garden areas etc - and the gardens and paved areas are maintained by the management of the Community.

The apartment has a large private terrace with panormaic view, and outside the front door there is another terrace which gets the afternoon sun, if you want to sit out and take the sun. Although this is not private there is very little chance anyone else will pass through this area.

There are bars, restaurants and basic shops within walking distance of the apartment. The location is 6 minutes walk up a hill so elderly people and small children should be conveyed by car. Because of its location there are more options for car parking than on the beach, and it is quieter during summer.

There are a variety of beach bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance, not to mention to the park which has a children´s play area and BMX circuit.
