A beautiful bright and comfortable apartment, right on the beach of Playa Velilla / Playa Tesorillo, with one bedroom, large double bed, mirrored wardrobe, kitchen completely furnished and newly renovated, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, large bright living room with 2 sofas, including one Sofa bed, TV chair, dining area, large TV with satellite TV, also Spanish and English channels, balcony with stunning sea views, table and chairs. Air conditioning / heating and WiFi internet! Sheets, towels and electricity consumption included. Self Catering, many restaurants nearby, the bottom of the house is a small supermarket. Other shops in the city, romantic sunrises, the apartment is in building 'Elomar' directly at Playa Velilla and Playa Tesorillo beach. Playa Tesorillo is to reach a sandy beach and one of the most beautiful beaches of Almuñecar and in a few steps. You leave the house and just across the street and standing on the beach! The beach is clean and well maintained, there are all 100 meters a shower; Toilets, children's playground and fitness equipment.

The exposed location of this beautiful apartment, allows an incomparable panoramic view over the sea. You have a romantic and spectacular sunrises. Great apartment overlooking the beach
Ideal for us to spend a short period in Almunecar. Overlooking the beach and close to restaurants and parking nearby an absolute bonus.

Perfect location
Leoni's apartment is directly across the road from the beach and is an easy walk to many restaurants and bars. There was some confusion about a parking spot as I had specified in my emails that I wanted a secure parking space. However, on arrival I was told that I hadn't paid for it and that there were no spaces in the building. As it turned out, there was plenty of free parking on the street at that time of year. Apparently secure parking is available at an additional cost in a nearby garage. The apartment is very comfortable but is very cluttered with personal belongings. All possible amenities are provided.

Very pleasant flat with everything you need for a holiday.
Very convenient for the very pleasant beach which was literally across the road. The main town was a 10 euro taxi trip away, which provided more choice of restaurants.

Just had a wonderful 7 night stay in wonderful Almunecar in this lovely Apt. Found thus to be the most unspoilt location we have stayed in spain...stunning location right on the sea front....would highly recommend thus little gem...thank u again to our lovely host for all ur help & advice....couldnt have been more helpful with maps & recommendations so many gorgeous restaurants to try spoilt for choice ...highly recommended x

Emplacement de rêve
Très bon accueil et merci pour la place de parking que Léoni nous a trouvé. Une vue superbe, un paséo au pied de l'immeuble par lequel on peut rejoindre en 40 min à pied le centre d'Almuñecar qui vaut la peine d'être visité. Pour ceux qui veulent visiter les villages blancs tout est accessible (Frigiliana, Nerja..) sans oublier ceux de l'Alpujarra (Pampaneira à ne pas manquer) . Enfin une petite journée à Fort Bravo pour se replonger dans les Westerns d'antan. Malagà mérite d'être visitée mais en dessous de Séville et de Grenade. Bref un bel emplacement pour visiter cette partie de l'Andalousie. Appartement très agréable et fontionnel pour 2. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur le balcon.

Meerblick und ruhige Lage gepaart mit schönen Ausstattung
Meerblick und dennoch eine ruhige Lage gepaart mit einer schönen Ausstattung und in Autobahnnähe. Diese Punkte überzeugten uns bei der Buchung und haben uns nicht enttäuscht. In der Osterwoche durften wir aufgrund der zeitlich begrenzten Parkraumbeschränkung nicht direkt an der Strandstraße parken. Dennoch fanden wir immer im Umkreis von max. 8 Gehminuten einen Parkplatz. Uns überraschte, dass wir trotz des 10. OGs das Meeresrauschen hören konnten. Obwohl das Schlafzimmer nur ein Fenster zum natürlich belüfteten Hausflur hat, war dies kein Problem. Die Belüftung des Zimmers am Morgen funktionierte sehr gut über das Fenster sowie den Deckenventilator. Auch der nahe Fahrstuhl störte uns nachts nicht. Die Matratze empfanden wir als zu weich. Sobald sich einer etwas schwungvoller umdrehte, wurde der Bettpartner durchgeschüttelt. Das Haus und die Wohnung waren sauber. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast täglich haben wir uns – immer an der Strandpromenade entlang - zur ca. 1km entfernten Heladeria aufgemacht und dort unsere Tagesausflüge mit Kaffee und einem leckeren Eis ausklingen lassen. Das Zentrum von Almuñeca ist ca. 3km entfernt und kann ebenfalls gut zu Fuß und zumeist mit Meerblick erreicht werden.

Das Rauschen des Meeres begleitet in den Schlaf. Strandrollstuhl für Behinderte ist nur zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt. Alte und junge Spanier machen zusammen Urlaub. Wenig deutsche Touristen. Kein Schicki-Micki Publikum. Interessante Shoppingmöglichen in der Innenstadt von Almunecar. Viele römische Ruinen.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht in vollem Umfang der Realität. Im Haus war es Ende April sehr ruhig. Die Verwalterin ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Knus appartement, uitstekende ligging, ook wat minpuntjes
Appartement is knus en uitstekend gelegen: vlak aan zee, prachtig uitzicht en het balkon heeft de hele dag zon. Het heeft ook een uitgebreide (keuken)inventaris: allerlei spullen voor een comfortabel verblijf zijn in de vele kasten en laadjes te vinden. Het gebouw is inmiddels zo'n 30 jaar oud, en vooral de badkamer is aan een opknapbeurt toe. De voegen tussen de tegels en kitranden van de douchecabine zijn door schimmel aangetast, de vouwdeur is gammel en niet meer schoon te krijgen en eigenlijk zijn ook de afmetingen van de douchecabine niet meer van deze tijd (te klein dus). Minpunt is ook de kwaliteit van het beddengoed en handdoekenpakket. Op zich wel schoon, maar door het vele gebruik heel dun geworden en niet lekker fris meer. Maar de pluspunten zijn groter dan de minpunten. Tel daar de hartelijke ontvangst (met welkomst-wijntje) bij op, dan is de conclusie dat het appartement behoorlijk waar voor z'n geld biedt.
