Quiet, spacious, well-kept and clean beachfront apartment with a large terrace and wonderful views of the tropical coast of Granada, in Almuñécar, a beautiful and cozy town that is very well connected with Granada, La Alpujarra, Sierra Nevada, Málaga, the Costa del Sol, Almería, the Tabernas desert and picturesque villages such as Polopos, Lanjarón or Trevélez.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms equipped for up to 6 people, has a large living room with double sofa bed, large independent kitchen very well equipped, even with dishwasher and large bathroom with bathtub and shower system.
It is located in the best area of Playa Velilla, on the beachfront facing the sea.
Recently renovated all appliances and painted.

Close to restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, supermarkets ... Easy parking Daily garbage collection by physical doorman. Pool with saline treatment in season.

We have baby equipment at no additional cost.

The apartment has been recently updated. All mattresses, sofa beds, curtains, bedding, dishes, cutlery, pans and crockery are new. In the apartment you will find iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and equipment for the beach. We also have baby equipment. (high chairs, cots, bathtub ...)

In low and medium season it is easy to move with the car. Walking there is a pleasant walk to the center of the town of 15 minutes. There is also a bike path. The city bus has the stop right in front of the building. In high season it is better not to move the car, it is very difficult to park in the center of town unless we use public paid parking. In the center of town there is a bus stop that will take you to Granada capital, Malaga, Motril, Almería .... From the port of Motril leaves a ferry to Melilla and Morocco. Very well connected by road with Malaga, Almeria, Tabernas desert, La Alpujarra, Granada, Sierra Nevada and picturesque villages such as Lanjarón, Cabo de Gata, Trevélez or Polopos.

A wonderful month
We spent a wonderful month in Almunecar. The apartment had everything we could have possibly wanted. It was very clean, quiet with an amazing view. Our host was very helpful in giving us advice and all communication was very clear. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer
Mitte April bis Mitte Mai haben wir diese Wohnung im 12 Stock bewohnt. Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und mit allem ausgestattete Wohnung vor mit herrlichem Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und den Strand. Die Wohnung war ruhig, nur das Rauschen des Meeres war zu hören. Fussläufig waren kleine Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Restaurants zu erreichen. Die Stadt Almuñécar erreichte man über die Promenade in 30 Minuten und hier besonders der Markt am Freitag. Wer, wie wir mit dem Auto anreisten, sollte im Vorfeld einen Tiefgaragenplatz reservieren, um Stress beim Parken auszuschließen. Kosten Mai ca. 4,00 € pro Tag. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Ort sehr empfehlen.

Génial
Antonio, le propriétaire de l'appartement, est très accueillant et disponible. L'appartement, grand, lumineux et très bien équipé, est situé à 20 minutes environ à pied du centre ville où il y a toute sorte de commerces (magasins, restaurants, ...). Il y a de quoi se restaurer également au pied de l'immeuble ou se situe l'appartement. Almunecar est une ville très calme, et nous y reviendrons.
