A bright, airy and well-equipped apartment on the edge of Almoradi, 15 mins walk straight into the town. Private balcony with oblique country view, aircon, shutters to keep cool during the day, air con, convenient parking and all the necessary amenities. Just ask of you have any special requests.

Being on the edge of town, this apartment is in a quiet location overlooking countryside and mountains, with stunning sunsets from the roof terrace, where you can relax by the pool, in the jacuzzi or in the barbecue area. And yet it's just a 10 min stroll to the centre.

The location is very convenient for visiting the beach, surrounding towns, golf courses, shops and is 45 mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports.

There is a Smart TV and free WiFi for your enjoyment. We will set up the TV controls in the language of your choice before your arrival for your convenience. There are also 2 Parasols and some toys, belly boards etc for children to enjoy.

The apartment is accessible with lifts to each floor and the roof terrace. There is also a ramp from the front entrance to the lifts.

Mercadona Supermarket is close by and within walking distance, as well as other stores. Lidl is also nearby.

Guardamar beach and promenade is 15 mins drive away from the apartment where you can enjoy the clear waters and white sands of the beach. Or you can stroll along the promenade and take in the scene of both locals and visitors enjoying the lifestyle there. You will find a wide choice of restaurants, tapas, bars, cafes and ice cream.

You will find restaurants for all tastes and if you want traditional Spanish specialities you will find them here, as well as in the surrounding towns and villages.

You will also find a great night market (in season) in Guardamar with a wide choice of many items where the Spanish shop as well as visitors.

Almoradi has a massive market every Saturday morning where you will mot only find local produce but also leather goods, jewellery, fashion items, household goods and many other things.

Horrific, Dangerous,.heartbreaking experience with this property,.Vrbo and The Owner
My two young Children and I arrived at this property on 14th July 2022. My husband was due to join us in four more days. The pictures supplied prior to ourdeparture were grainy but the balcony and pool view looked great. I had much correspondence with the owner prior to departure, and she was very much aware that I was with a young family travelling alone full of excitement. She also organised for a local neighbour (cleaner of the apartment)to meet with us at 13:00 hrs. What she failed to tell us is she had not stepped foot in this apartment herself for the last six years and that it was a health and safety hazard Upon reaching the apartment, my little boy and little girl (10 yrs and 11 respectively) were horrified and scared. Excrement stains were splattered behind the filthy bidet(which the "cleaner" subsequently informed me I should clean myself. The bath was filthy. All the half used cosmetic products including a filthy razor were strewn all over the bathroom. The fridge had brown stains inside the door..taps were not cleaned..cushions stained and torn, apple cores and sweet wrappers under beds, there were rizzla papers and cigarettes in the bedside locker, remnants of drug taking,.I was scared as were my children!! We were in a foreign City on our own with nowhere to stay. My Daughter went to open the tatty frail sunbleached roller to the balcony and it came clean off the wall nearly slicing her toes. I took pictures of all of this while I frantically tried to ring the help line in VRBO and The owner. I spent hours on the phone trying to make progress with VRBO but they just passed me from pillar to post, leaving me holding on for hours only to hang up after a very long hold period. I was beyond panicked and rang the owner copious times to look for a refund to try and book alternative safe accommodation for my Children and I. Finally the owner contacted me at 8pm. We had just sat tentatively for hours in that hell hole and had not unpacked a thing. The owner apologised and told me she would of course refund and was worried for my safety that night. I had no choice but for three of us to sleep on one bed that night until the following morning where I was lucky enough to secure a beautiful beautiful safe property elsewhere. The owner emailed me the following morning to revoke the promise of our refund and refused to cooperate in any way again with us based on the advice of VRBO. We are taking legal action currently. A nightmare.

We loved Almoradi and surrounding area and brand new apartment
We loved Almoradi, which is a traditional Spanish town and there is a fantastic market on every saturday morning with clothes, shoes, bags and everything you can imagine. There are many other villages and towns nearby too with things going on. It is just 10-15mins to Guadamar Beach which we really enjoyed too - great beach, loads of restaurants, cafes and bars and plenty to do for adults and kids. A hire car is very handy to get around and parking is easy around the apartment Nice pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area on the solarium in the roof with amazing views over the mountains - great sunsets too! Highly recommended

Nos rentaron un apartamento para seis y pedimos permiso para una séptima persona por unos días , pero solo cabíamos 4 El sofá cama para dos personas es una tortura, no sirve ni para sentarse cómodo Las camas son horribles se te entierran los muelles de los colchones y para acabar de ajustar la persona encargada en Almoradi llega de una manera impresentable para las jovencitas que estaban con nosotros y además se pone a inventar que allí nos acomodamos 10 personas cuando a duras penas cabíamos 4, las otras 3 personas se tuvieron que irse a los 3 dias

Grande déception!!!
Cela fait maintenant 5 ans que nous passons nos vacances en Espagne et c'est la 1ère fois que nous sommes tombés sur une location non conforme à l'annonce. La propriétaire dit "Nouvel appartement" mais l'immeuble doit au moins avoir 15 ans!!! De plus, à notre arrivée 1 heure de ménage car appartement insalubre!!! Si vous souhaitez louer ce logement, je vous conseille vivement de demander à la propriétaire plus de renseignements et de photos complémentaires car en ce qui me concerne elle avait mis des photos d'un autre logement. En résumé "méfiez-vous des imitations"!!!
