"Front desk staff was friendly helpful and when i asked questions if they didnt know the answer...quickly looked for the answer Not to mention that really cool computer thing in front of the elevator...i didnt know what was in Ottawa area so i learned alot without having to pester the staff.no comment on cleaning staff as they honoured our wishes and left the room during my stay...but room was spotless upon arrival so there is that And long open hours for the pool was nice...helped with my rehab on my bad leg My only complaint...what yahoo designed the shower for disabilty assist??? The helper rod is behind the shower door...useless for someone who requires the rod to get in and out of the shower...thank god my husband was there to help..."
