"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "The location is great. Easy access to the airport by metro, just 4 stops, the station is in 3 minutes’ walk. The apartment was wonderful. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Marta at the reception. She was super helpful and nice. There is a great bar/restaurant on the trip floor of the building with great wine selection and creative fusion cuisine, including Thai, Spanish, and vegetarian dishes. "
