"we had the pleasure of renting the villa for a week. Everything was perfect. The garden, pool and terrace a dream. Dean welcomed us warmly at the meeting point and showed us the villa. Answered all questions nicely (leaved his phone number) and received the keys again a week later. A perfect holiday right on the golf course with a magnificent view."

"A real gem and as we were the very first guests in this newly renovated property we were treated to a lovely welcome basket. The villa is tastefully decorated, we spent hours in the chill-out room. The property is in the heart of the countryside but only about a 5 minute drive from town, golf and horse riding. Really enjoyed the beach tennis court and local walks from just outside the property's gate. It was 24 degrees, when back in the UK it wasn't above 10. We'll be back."

"The villa was exactly as described, close to the village with plenty of bars and restaurants which were still open despite it being late in the season. The villa was well equipped for everything you could want. Pascual and Pillar were very warm, welcoming and friendly. We would return again."

"Lovely and clean,comfortable, well presented, pool and jacuzzi the cherry on the cake. Renters must have a car as no restaurants nearby but we know the area and all the places to eat. "It‘s a very nice & calm location where you will not miss anything. All is very good equipped and prepared. The host was taking care of everything before, during and departing from this wonderful house. The locations is just 3 minutes by car to the beaches and the city Águilas. "This is a new property on the rental market. We arrived on a late flight and communication with the agent (who were excellent) meant we were able to access the property at 11pm. The property has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps six but is advertised as 7. It is also advertised as having a jacuzzi (it doesn’t) the pool is cleaned once a week by a friendly pool guy, the pool is large and has floats for visitors to use. "Great property with lots of facilities. Everything we needed to cook was there. House itself is lovely. Little bit tired but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Gardens do need a little TLC. Plants/bushes need a cut back. Pool area tiles are crumbling and stick to wet skin. Property agent fab. Alin was very attentive and ensured all our questions and requested were dealt with quickly. Thank you. "
