"The villa was as beautiful as the photos had shown, if not even better, with sea and mountain views. The exotic garden, the swimming pool, the games area were fabulous. The villa was so well equipped for a famiily holiday, with cot, high chair, toys and pool floats etc. i cannot find anything to fault it. We were a party of grandmother, son and daughter-in-law, teenage grandson and 10 month old granddaughter. We have friends who live in Aguilas so we did not venture far but enjoyed one or two...

"Lovely and clean,comfortable, well presented, pool and jacuzzi the cherry on the cake. Renters must have a car as no restaurants nearby but we know the area and all the places to eat. "Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this well presented, spacious, very clean and well equipped villa. Communication before and during our stay with the hosts was excellent. For anyone who wants to stay within walking distance to amenities the location wouldn't be suitable as most things are at least a short drive away. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and would happily book to stay again."

"Very large and spacious rooms and grounds. Very well stocked eg kitchen utensils. Fantastic host and owner, nothing too much trouble and little nighles dealt with very efficiently but most of all very freindly. Perfect place to chill and recoup as exceptionally quiet. The pool and pool area are to die for as are the grounds that are full of lemon and olive trees. We are booking this villa again this year and also for next year with a view to relocate to this area. "This is a new property on the rental market. We arrived on a late flight and communication with the agent (who were excellent) meant we were able to access the property at 11pm. The property has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps six but is advertised as 7. It is also advertised as having a jacuzzi (it doesn’t) the pool is cleaned once a week by a friendly pool guy, the pool is large and has floats for visitors to use. "WIFI/TV could have been better, hot water tap in second ensuite bathroom was a trickle and air con in twin room was not on speaking terms with it's remote control. However this did not detract from a lovely holiday in a lovely Villa. Thank you to all. Harry and Jill"
