Expérience décevante
chambres très bien rénovées et confortables, un gros bémol sur l'aspec sécurité des lieux , n'importe qui peut s'introduire dans l'établissement , les portes de corridors n'ayant dispositif de verrouillage. Autre point préoccupant à l'ère du service client à promouvoir, l'expérience fut très décevante. La réception est ouverte à temps partiel, pas de répondant en cas de bris ni aucun numéro de téléphone de référence à composer en cas de problème ( le signal télé a fait défaut et j'ai dû faire une croix sur le téléviseur pendant 2 heures ) . Aucun téléphone dans la chambre non plus . Bref, une expérience en deça de la réputation Normandin.
