"Stayed here for a week in June/July. Even during the very hot weather the downstairs of the gite was very cool. The gite was well equipped and comfortable. It's isolation ensures you have a great view of the night sky but can be a long drive from the main roads due to the winding roads. My suggestions may be for a fan in the bedroom as on a warm evening it can get quite hot upstairs. Overall we had a great time during our one week stay here and would recommend it."

"A lovely, rustic gite, clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Nicely isolated but only 10 minutes from Argentat-sur-Dordogne, with its shops and bars. The private pool was excellent and the patio was a lovely space to relax in the warm evenings."

"La maison est grande, pratique (manque peut-être un frigo quand on est une dizaine). L'espace autour est super agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la table de ping ping, du barbecue. Et que dire de la piscine couverte , magique ! Notre hôte nous a toujours répondu. Et il y a de quoi visiter aux alentours, en voiture bien sûr. Donc nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette maison."

"Amazing view from the balcony, with so many species of birds! The owner is very friendly and helpful and the check in process very easy. The property is spacious but is let down by the inadequate shower which dribbles pathetically in a corner whilst you fight with the curtain and the rear covered area which leaked so you couldn't enjoy the outside picnic bench when it rained. The local village has two supermarkets, cafes and restaurants."

Une semaine de Février très humide…nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand salon avec l’espace très convivial autour du poêle.Sommes allés 2 jours au Lioran mais la fermeture du pas de Peyrol l’hiver rend le trajet bien long. Envie de revenir à la belle saison dans ce joli pays (villages, forêts, planèzes…) "

"The house is perfectly situated not far from Argentat sur Dordogne, in very easy walking distance and so we were able to enjoy the benefits of the town without having to drive.
