"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"The hotel is clean comfortable, and nice. It’s in a good location and close to a tram stop. The only thing that isn’t excellent is that the WiFi is painful slow less than 3 mbps in the room. "

"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. "I've stayed at Hyperion in both my visits to Basel, Switzerland and I'll definitely stay here in the future. It's in a well connected neighborhood in terms of public transportation, dining options both inside and outside the hotel. They store your luggage for any number of days and that's a huge benefit. All in all a fantastic experience. "
