"Excellent rapport qualité/prix! La maison est grande, nous étions 15, on ne se marche pas dessus. L extérieur est grand et calme, terrain de pétanque, four à pizza et bbq, parfait. Le petite maison en plus est une bonne surprise. Les environs sont sympa. Netflix compris dans la loc. propriétaire un peu dur à joindre avant d arriver, nous étions un peu inquiet, mais finalement ce fut un super séjour. Bref parfait pour les grandes familles."

"Nous avons été reçu comme des rois.. la panière d'accueil a été très apprécié. la maison est juste extraordinaire, d'une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont grandes et la cuisine!!!!tellement bien équipé pour autant de personnes... Nous avons l'habitude de partir ensemble pour nos déplacements sportifs mais jamais nous avons vu un équipement aussi complet... Sachez que nous avons passé un vrai week end entre amis avec les fous rires et nous rentrons chez nous bien heureux.... Si un jour...

"our 1st time in france but def not our last Beautiful setting beside the forrest and river perfect for relaxing and watching the wildlife The gites have all you need basic but clean A lovely 1km walk into nerac through the forrest brings you into a picturesque village with a few nice restaurants A great wee pool that we used alot as temperature was 35 to 40 degrees! The owner florence was very friendly and helpful even though she didnt speak alot of english But do get directions before you go as...

"Fantastic house and location. Everything we wanted in a gite; rural feeling but close enough to the village to walk for bread in the morning, great outside space with shaded outside dining area and lovely pool, good indoor space with very welcome air con in the bedrooms. We’ve stayed in lots of gites in France and this is one of the best. "

Le + : l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire (par téléphone) et de Célia. Le - : la présence dans une maison voisine d'un chien attaché ou en cage qui aboie chaque soir. Certains cris laissent supposer de mauvais traitements. A VOIR ...."
