Quiet Stay
The house was as listed and very nice newly updated home. It is in a remote area which made it a very quiet stay. Appreciated how clean the house was, we did not need to do any further cleaning upon arrival as we had to do at other rentals we stayed at. We are giving the property a 4 rating only because the heat pump of the house could not keep up with the cold unexpected weather. One morning we got up it was 4 degrees outside and 62 degrees in the house. However, the heat pump in the game room in the garage kept up just fine.

Wow is an understatement for my stay here. It was so peaceful and the home has everything you need. The cleanliness of this place was over the top. I’m ready to book again and stay longer next time. I’ll for sure tell others about this place. It’s close to the lake which was a great plus for us too. Plenty of parking which was great since we had a large party. LOVE this place!

Fantastic Retreat
Our stay included my family of 4 and my in laws. This house accommodated our needs wonderfully. The master suite is spacious and bright. 3 other bedrooms are located across the house offering privacy from the master suite. Each bedroom and bathroom are cozy, modern, and decorated well. The living room seating offers space for everyone. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked spaces I have rented from. My family loved the game room and had hours of fun on the karaoke machine and pool table. My favorite space was on one of the three decks. We spent most of our time outdoors watching the wildlife and enjoying the peace and quite of the country air. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling in the area. We will definitely be back again!

Spacious and clean house with a beautiful outdoor environment
I booked this spot for our family and another family to have a lake weekend. We have spent years coming to Dale Hollow and wanted to introduce our toddler to a very special location. The house was a slam dunk! It was spotless and comfortable to spend time in. The house is settled on a very quiet dirt road so our kids could safely play outside. It’s 10 min access to the lake and 10 min access to Livingston. Devin was more than accommodating with questions and communication. We will look for this place before any others in the future!
