The heart of the apartment is the living room with dining area. Here the remote controlled skylight provides beautiful light and high comfort. You will appreciate the high-quality furniture (including a 150 cm wide double sofa bed) and direct access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful sea view. In the living room you can relax, watch TV and listen to the radio or music. In the bathroom there is underfloor heating.

On the terrace with sea view you can have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. But on the opposite side there is also a terrace with garden furniture, so you always have a sunny place. This terrace is also equipped with a barbecue, so you can enjoy your culinary outdoors.

You will live only 100 meters away from a beautiful sandy beach and rocks, which makes the apartment an ideal starting point for many nice walks or trips to the sea.

Seeterrassen consists of 22 vacation apartments in a former hotel in Sandkås. Sandkås offers a beautiful sandy beach, cliffs, mini golf, kiosk and a good restaurant as a center. Here is a cozy and relaxed vacation atmosphere and you are close to nature and the sea. Sandkås is located between Allinge and Gudhjem, so it's not far to good shopping and experiences, as well as the Rø golf course.

Note: The entrance is at the back on the first floor, which means that the apartment has no stairs.
