"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Had the indignity of sleeping on soiled mattresses. My previous experience of Novasol customer service following cancellations of my original booking was extremely negative. Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

"Simple but efficient place, nothing is missing. The view is indeed very nice. We regreted a non fluid communication with the renting agency concerning the equipments provided. Moreover, the outdoor surroundings of the house could have been arranged."

"Ausstattung und Aufteilung sind für uns als 5-köpfige Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut, die Kopfkissen die besten, die wir jemals in einem Ferienhaus hatten. Fjellerup ist ein typischer Ferienort, aber nicht eng. Benjamin ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war optimal."

"Absolutely lovely house with stunning views and sunsets, with plenty to do in all weathers. Would have loved to have stayed longer and will try and be back in the not too far future. The local area has lots of interest with lovely beach to walk and found the best ice cream locally!!"

We paid for sheets and towels that didn’t arrive till we had been there two days 4.The door to the pool leaked chlorine filled air to the lower floors had to keep their windows open 5. "Die Fotos im Inserat zeigen entweder viel bessere aber vergangene Zeiten oder sie wurden sehr stark nachbearbeitet. In beiden Gebäuden (das "Kinderzimmer" ist ein separates Häuschen) riecht es sehr muffig und an einigen Stellen (Gardinen, Plissees, Lampen) ist Schimmel. Überall platzt Farbe ab und man sieht Roststellen von Schrauben/Nageln im Holz. Lampen hängen teilweise aus der Decke, der Rauchmelder liegt unmontiert auf einem Tisch. Die Matratze sind teilweise sehr fleckig. Insgesamt haben...
