"Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere."

"The property manager, Lexi, was simply fantastic. Before we arrived, Steve was great giving us good information about the area. Once we got there, there was extreme storm and tornado warnings that Lexi walked us through. We are from Idaho and have absolutely no experience preparing for or even monitoring extreme weather events like this. Lexi brought us water and additional snacks and some lanterns in case the power went out. She also told us when and where to go for a storm shelter if necessary. The house was fantastic, a really nice and safe place to be. We did not have to leave during the storm and we had a great stay. We were there for a family wedding and had hoped to get around the area to see some sights. We did have time to find some good southern food in the area. We will definitely come back and stay here again! "
