The property was more run down than I anticipated. We were also surprised to have half a roll of toilet paper available, and no soap in the bathroom. Overall, compared to many places we have stayed, we were very underwhelmed.

Wenn der Geruch nicht wäre...
Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Gebäude. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, nicht perfekt sauber, aber völlig im Rahmen und geräumig. Sehr unschön war allerdings der Geruch, der sich tagsüber rund um das Gebäude befand, teilweise auch nachts. Das mag im Winter anders sein, im Sommer hat es allerdings sehr gestört.

Au plus proche des thermes
Bel appartement très propre. Nous ne pouvons trouver mieux pour suivre notre cure à deux pas dans un parc magnifique. La vaisselle et autres sont pensées au strict minimum. La literie est à repenser lit bas et matelas pas confortable (le comble pour des locations qui sont au 3/4 destinées aux curistes. Le personnel très disponible et à notre écoute. Lieu prioritaire pour loger sur Allevard de notre part.

Bien mais peu être amélioré simplement
Un rapport qualité prix parmi les plus intéressant qui soit, avec la souplesse d'un hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique. Quelques reproches à faire: * pas de linge de literie à l'arrivée, ni de serviettes de bains. J'ai dû descendre les chercher moi-même, de même le ménage n'était pas nickel: quelques toiles d’araignée. * Pour des appart/hôtel qui se trouve à côté d'un centre thermaliste, je suppose que la clientèle doit être âgée, et donc il serait bien de mettre des pied de lit plus élevé afin de faciliter la sortie du lit pour les personnes ayant des problèmes d'articulation ou de mobilité en général. * les portes ne sont pas très adaptées pour les personnes âgées (assez lourde et résistante, difficile à manœuvrer seul si la personne a des béquilles ou un fauteuil) * l'isolation phonique des sols n'est pas exceptionnel (on entend facilement le locataire du dessus si cette personne porte des chaussures à talons ... qui résonne sur le parquet) Malgré tout, je recommande facilement ce type d'hébergement.
