Although less than ideal weather-wise, we enjoyed kite flying, whale and dolphin sightings, and the charming carousel. In addition, spa massage was an outstanding experience."

"One-night stay: the customer service representative (Hiba) at checked in was so accommodating when I checked in. I did an early check-in (around 7:30am), and it was so needed. However, the following morning, I noticed that the key wasn't working around the same time. Of course, the new customer service representative tried to re-activate but it still didn't work. But one of your cleaning staff on the floor was able to assist me. I was so happy! Overall, I am grateful for the stay. "
