"We were visiting family in Dallas with our 1 yr old son, and found this to be the perfect place. It was a great location for things to do and the apartment itself was wonderful for him to run around in. Only suggestion would be a few more blankets for the living room and some towels! Thank you. If we come back, we will def stay here!"

"Perfect little apartment in a cute neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The balcony is perfect for a couple of coffee or glass of wine. Parking took a bit to locate, but was easily resolved with a quick call. Minor improvements: the place could have been cleaner with a few more pillows and a blanket. "

"We traveled to Dallas for the Cowboys vs Ravens football game. My husband is a huge cowboys fan. We absolutely loved this property. The description was spot on. Very nice community, beautiful one bedroom unit, very clean, and perfect for our weekend stay. Close to the Star/Ford center and not too far from AT&T Stadium so the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"I've lived in Dallas for ~45 years. We stayed here for 4 weeks. This location in Uptown is fantastic. It is close to the Katy Trail, American Airlines Center, Downtown, museums, live entertainment, bars, and some of the best restaurants and hotels in the world. The apartment is fantastic. It has a nice view. The beds are comfortable. The building has a good gym, pool table, and many spots to read or work. The host is fabulous—highly responsive and always kind/understanding. "Enjoyed our stay here for 2 days while i had eye surgery. Had a hiccup with toilet not flushing but we figured it out. Apt very clean and just as pictures. Sparse kitchen supplies. No.coffee filters, no tea, no sugar of any kind. Overall, i would stay there again. Good price! And close to all medical facilities. "

"We love this neighborhood. Unfortunately our stay was not the best but I am sure the property manager will work on the issues we had as this is a new VRBO. No hot water and the heater was not very good on a cold December night. The booking with our pet was not very smooth either. All in all it is a clean little back house in a good neighborhood."

"This apartment was very clean & well decorated & was in a good location for my plans to go to the DMA for an exhibit, and also to spend time in the Lower Greenville Ave area. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets. Also enjoyed the big fluffy towels. As this was a short stay I did not cook but ate out or warmed up leftovers, kept nicely in the full size fridge with lots of ice ready for my arrival. My only disappointment was there were only 4 hangers in the nice big closet,...

"Pretty ok stay for the most part. We stayed 4 nights. It is a apartment complex ( Trash is in back under carport just thrown lol ), didn’t seem in a bad area.. Apt itself was cute. We had no issue with any neighbor. . You can definitely tell it’s old. Walls a bit thin.Pictures are pretty accurate for the inside. It did have a old mold smell. But with candle and scents it was fine. Back sliding door doesn’t open so don’t try to go out it lol only other thing I can say is it definitely needs more...
