"It is very nice for the price. Clean well decorated and stocked. However the apartment complex is under construction and I think it could be more secure there was only the single electronic lock (no dead bolt) and the front door didn’t close too well. There were two play sliding glass doors that will be nice after renovations but also need to be a bit more secure. Would feel better there kt mop p "

"The place looks like it’s built over a carport. No problem there. What is a problem is that it looks like it is not a properly built structure. The entire building rocks when a person moves inside. The support beams are not clearly not on footers and the whole place leans a little. At least one of the beams is fallen. I hesitated to write this as I was willing to take a chance, but my conscious says I need to report that if I owned that place, I’d get an engineer out to tell me how to properly...

"Pretty ok stay for the most part. We stayed 4 nights. It is a apartment complex ( Trash is in back under carport just thrown lol ), didn’t seem in a bad area.. Apt itself was cute. We had no issue with any neighbor. . You can definitely tell it’s old. Walls a bit thin.Pictures are pretty accurate for the inside. It did have a old mold smell. But with candle and scents it was fine. Back sliding door doesn’t open so don’t try to go out it lol only other thing I can say is it definitely needs more...

"The host never communicated once with us. We drove 6 hrs for a family weekend. NO communication what so ever! DO NOT USE THIS HOST! Only gave 1 star because I had to. On a better note, Vrbo took care of the situation with great kindness for the whole inconvenience. They made sure our trip wasn’t a complete waste. Thank you Vrbo. "

"Nicely remodeled older apartment, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The bathroom and shower are nice. The parking lot has bright street lights which keep the bedroom pretty light at night. The walls between the apartments are not sound proof. The neighborhood is in transition from run down to being cleaned up, so I’d say it’s about half sketch. The fenced parking lot provides a degree of confidence that your vehicle won’t be vandalized.
