"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We noticed staff members cleaning frequently. Parking was convenient and secure with a lift directly to the room floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with adequate storage space. There was a mini-frig in the room but it did not work but it was not a big problem for us. The location was perfect for walking to the local sights, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but good with fresh ingredients and many choices. While there was no restaurant on site, snacks and drinks (including beer and wine) were available and there is a large variety of restaurants nearby. We found that most restaurants required booking in advance. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Belfort. "

"A nice, quaint hotel outside of Basel. We found a parking spot fairly easily. We choose to take a bus into Basel, which was easy and affordable. Just a short walk to the stop. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They worked hard to keep the guests happy. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was excellent. This is not a business hotel but a nice getaway. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The back garden was nice, with a stream running along it. Relaxing. They do have an outdoor hot tub, but the water looked like it needed to be changed out. It was a little green and foamy. The rooms were large and comfortable. The little tables next to the bed were attached to the wall but were sloped and needed repair. Just some minor maintenance issues. Overall a good stay and would stay again. "
