"Had 2 lovely nights here great food at the waterside restaurant. Fish and chips highly recommended. Tap room and selection of Whisky unbelievable can easily get carried away . The Craft beer is excellent especially the Forrest Dweller . "

"The hotel is a historic building and undoubtedly shows its age, at least in the room I had. I had a cosy room on the 3rd floor which was exactly that, cosy, but did the job. Hotel location is excellent right by the train station"

"We loved our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. We got in later than check in and Mark the owner still came to greet us and help us with our bags. He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the black bear hut and it was everything we needed! Definitely small, but we were expecting it to be, and if anything it added to the coziness! The owners thought of everything from snacks, tea, coffee, fresh towels, you name it. The space was so clean, I have nothing bad...
