"Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in what was supposedly the largest room and it had an incredibly strange layout. The toilet and closet were by the front door and then you walked down a hallway to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was large but again the layout was strange. Also, the room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to walk up a spiral staircase (with all our luggage) to get to our room. "Very nice property with all the facilities we required for an enjoyable family holiday. The pool, hot tub & large garden areas were all well used by all of us. Inside, the property is very spacious with plenty of games/books if required. The bar area with the pool table was the focal point in the evenings with plenty of fun competition to be crowned champion. All in all would certainly recommend for an extended family holiday. "

"The property was well located, plenty of parking in the hotels paid car park (not expensive). Had chosen the superior room so i could cook in 1 room and not sleep in the same room with the cooking smells. Only down side was there wasn't a comfortable seat or sofa, or a TV in the bedroom. "
