"The couple who’s running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and they have the cutest little dog. The mountain and sea view is breathtaking! Quiet, perfect for resting to recover from another day of Albanian adventures."

"The hotel is still under major construction. They offer bare minimum amenities List coffee machine in room but you have to pay to use it 9eu per pod 1 working bathroom on the grounds. Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest. "

"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"Christina was very friendly and accommodating even with our last minute booking! Just steps from the sea and we had our best coffee in Albania at her shop below the rooms! Definitely recommend!"

We enjoyed the swimming pool and both the wet and dry saunas, with towels and robes provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. "If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. Breakfast wasn't great either. The room was basic but clean and quite spacious and the hotel is right next to the beach. Unlike with other beachside hotels we stayed in, loungers were not included in the price but were extra (€10/day). We ended up leaving a day early and didn't receive a refund for that night (which would have been a nice gesture but to be fair, part of the cancellation agreement). "

Great hotel in amazing location.

"Great hotel in amazing location just next to the beach. Reception staff were incredibly helpful & everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet included for free. This had a wide range of food and plenty of choices. Sunloungers & beach towels also included for free which saved lots of money as these cost 10euros for 2 elsewhere. We booked a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us as it gave our 2 teenagers a separate adjoining bedroom. Cleaners came daily with new towels & the place was spotless. Rooms had soundproofing which was great so never heard other guests. The bed had quite a hard mattress but that would be my only note and to be honest it was so much better than sleeping on a mattress that is too soft! Little supermarket and lots of beach restaurants a couple of minutes walk away but no noise problems. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely hope to come back and visit soon."
