"5 minute walk to train station. 3/4 of a mile walk to the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very good with more than enough choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with this hotel!!!"

"Great property for visiting lake Garda, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast was good I just wish all of Italy would cook their scrambled eggs a little firmer 😂 but all in all a great stay! Wonderful parking for those coming bye car. My wife also loved the hotel. "

"Great stay at Acquaviva. We got a nice room with lake view and Balcony. Staff was courteous and nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. Hotel is a 45 mins walk to downtown Desenzano (lake front walk with a great view) and 1:30 walk to Sirmione. We absolutely adored the tratoria del pescatore that is a few blocks away. Spa was great too, the only down thing is that there is no spa tub like advised and they force you to wear a swim cap"

"Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."

"Super locations, away from the hustle bustle of the town, but only a short walk. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is kept very clean and feels like it has been recently refurbished. Great shower, and nice large room( family room) "

"Very nice hotel in a beautiful central location close to the ferry port and with a view of the lake. It is a ten minute walk from the train station. The rooms were comfortable with all the expected facilities. Breakfast had a wide range of continental choices as well as scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee was excellent. There are a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops close by. If I were visiting Desenzano in the future I would have no hesitation in staying at Hotel Tripoli. "

"Our apartment was quite nice, large window opened onto piazza. A bakery and small market were directly across from us, information office around corner, the ferry dock 2 minute walk, and more restaurants, bars, cafes within 3 minutes than we could begin to get to. One small issue with our unit; no electrical outlets on kitchen counter (had to use tea kettle in bathroom) & pots and pans were on top shelf ( my wife wouldn’t have been able to reach them). Not the fault of Flowers Apts., but...

"We were so happy with the hotel and lived our room with the amazing view of the lake and balcony. The staff were all so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We walked to and from the train station and caught the ferry just opposite the hotel to Sirmione. Loved the area loads to eat and drink or just wander up to the castle. Book this place with a view you will be very happy"
