"I thought that the property was clean, and pretty well maintained. I don't typically write anything as excellent because then it would have to be perfect, so giving four stars is very good in my opinion. I appreciated the many towels and places to sit in the pool area, but I was not fond of always having to find a front desk person to come and turn the lights on every time we went into the pool area. "I was in town to do some work for a business in Preston. There are very few lodging options nearby, and I discovered Stone Mill. It is a small facility with limited staff, but they still made my very late check-in very easy. The staff was super friendly, and the room was simple by comfortable.
