"Perfect for stay while relative in hospital. 8 minute's drive to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Table with 2 chairs, dressing table and fridge in room. "The reception was difficult to find with poor signage and the front wentrance is not the entrance. The carpark is fairly well lit once you know where to go and the condition of the second building / actual hotel was in a reasonable condition. Check-in was straightforward with lifts up to the room. On arraval at the room we were greated with a hot room unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and windows are fixed closed (sign says use air-conditioning to regulate heat). The room was clean...

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "

"Lovely big room and super comfy bed. The lady at breakfast (Sarah?) was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Deserves a mention as some people hate their jobs and are miserable; she was so wonderful. Medium black stain on the carpet is my only negative comment; and didn't ruin my stay!"

"We have stayed several times at this hotel because of its location next to the airport with access to parking and its only a 20 minute drive to the city centre. The hotel staff are professional and friendly and very helpful making for a relaxing stay . When booking we choose the club rooms , these are slightly larger than average and come with access to their club lounge where you can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Great value, great staff and great location. "
