"The hotel is located in Gaziantep, close to downtown and other places. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. As a budget hotel it is one of the best options for this city. "

"I enjoyed this hotel so much when I stayed here twice before. The location and price are excellent. I had stayed on the fourth floor both times before, which was terrific. This time, I was on the second floor, and it was always loud in the rooms on both sides. Unfortunately, it sounded like people were so loud, which made for an unpleasant stay. Still, I will stay here if I come back, but I will ask for a different room. Thanks. "

"Beautiful old antep property, a quiet setting close to the bazar, restaurants etc. Car parking is a real challenge if your driving, the streets are very narrow to reach their otopark, however the staff are excellent and where able to take control of our car after we had abandoned it in a safe place after our first failed attempt to drive there. All in all a lovely stay with excellent staff and a good breakfast also. "

"Highly recommend. We stayed here for 6 nights while discovering the history of Sanliurfa travelling from the UK. The reception ladies welcomed us with warm cookies and a superb connecting room. We received a great service as staff were very helpful in our tourism pursuit from calling taxis to offering a local tourism map. "It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin ."

"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this...

"A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by...

"Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)"
