"El lugar es un espectaculo visual, si quieres relajarte y escaparte de la cotidianidad. Llegar es una odisea, la carretera de acceso esta horrible, tienes que adivinar porque ni el GPS sabe que hacer ni donde dirigirte, deberian tratar de poner mas letreros orientando porque aunque sabemos que no es culpa de ellos, deberian enviar avisos a los clientes y tener mas señalizaciones afuera. "What a gorgeous property! We slept in a super comfortable tree house that was so peaceful. It was the best night's sleep we have had in years. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious. We cannot wait to go back!"

"Impressed with the natural beauty you can see from the room I was in. Staff person "Henny" was very easy going and trustworthy. Be mindful theres is no A/C (although natural breeze is quite refreshing and there is a big ceiling fan in the room). There is no TV nor high quality WIFI in the rooms which is tough if you have young children that need entertainment. I think this is a place to disconnect and be closer to nature and those accompanying you. Last strech of the road is very bumpy but...

"Amazing property, beautiful, nice, and clean, only negative was that there is not AC, other than that I love how clean it was. Another negative, the restaurant has a dish that I ordered for $800 pesos and the lady at the restaurant charged double the price for the tourist, I ended up paying almost $2,000 for the dish and one small beer. Keep an eye on your orders and if possible take a picture of the menu when you order. Or just go eat elsewhere. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this...

"The communication was excellent. However the Expedia ad is misleading. There is very little water pressure and no hot water. The host was so nice she heated up water for me. "
