"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"It’s an old style, very charming place with a lot to recommend it. Good price, excellent service, stellar location, good restaurant on site. An ordinary room is pretty uncomfortable, very, very small with a cramped bathroom. The decor is pretty old and the electrical inconvenient. Spring for their largest room and your experience will be much better."

"A beautiful hotel in a a superb location. Friendly and attentive staff, and excellent food. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were lovely as were all the other spa and wellness facilities. There are multiple saunas and steam rooms. Could not fault this hotel in anyway. "

"Really nice hotel and well organized. We arrived past checkin hours but were given a code to enter the hotel and found our room key at the front desk. The room but clean and super spacious and in the morning we were greeted by a very polite lady at reception. The hotel is a bit pricey as with every hotel in Austria but I would definitely use it again."

"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"We didn’t actually stay at Seefelds, they were doing some renovation so upgraded us to their sister hotel up the hill; Krumers Alpin. I can’t fault anything about this hotel, absolutely stunning, from the friendly staff, stunning location, rooms, bathroom, pool and leisure facilities, parking and food. Everything was amazing, so much so that I’m already reconsidering travel plans for next year to include another visit to Krumers. "

"A lovely hotel nestled on a small hill above Seelos downtown. A short walk takes you to the city center, and there are lots of walking trails in Seefeld itself. It was very quiet during our stay, the bartenders and other staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious, and had a beautiful view. I look forward to staying here again. "

"Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible."

"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely.
