Room is only cleaned if you request it,which was fine but perhaps could empty rubbish bins daily?? The town itself is peaceful and quaint yet only two stops from the buzz of Koln on the train."

"Awful experience! The door lock was visibly broken and wouldn’t lock! It wouldn’t lock! Large flies in the washroom… that’s when we decided to leave. Huge stains on the carpet, finger prints all over the windows and a very sketchy neighborhood. We walked out… and lost 4 nights prepaid hotel.
