"The hotel is a nice place we'll run . I know they are trying to get planning permission to build a new hotel on site. It's badly needed as this is the only hotel in hulst . It's a fine hotel for a a few days stay , friendly and comfy beds . Nothing not to like ."

"Stayed @ the hotel before. Good breakfast lots of choices. Room and beds(two singles) are basic but comfortable. Bathroom could use an update. The bath tub shower combination ended up giving issues with water running onto the floor. Would prefer a plain shower stall and no tub. Got some issues with the electronic key. 3 time I had to go back to reception for a new key.. as the old one locked me out. From my understanding from the reception person it seems to happen often. "

"Our room was a little on the small side but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good. I did think it was a little pricy for what we got but at least the paring was free. The area around is lovely but there's not a lot of restaurants and the ones there close early (20:30). This is a 7/10 for me."

"Great facilities in a scenic rural setting. Kitchenette is fully functional, bed is very comfortable, and it was really peaceful and quiet at night – far better than almost any city hotel. Decor is a mix of modern minimalist with some antique farmhouse elements – very beautifully done."

"Fantastic!! This was our favourite hotel!! We were travelling for three weeks so stayed in many places but this one stood out from them all. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The decor was perfect. The host provided us with a map of the area and restaurants which was super helpful. "Nice location, beautiful surroundings and nice, new hotel… The breakfast was well stocked… The bed was a bit soft and lumpy in our double bed room… I would suggest going with a queen size bed instead. Also, it’s weird that they have a coffee machine in the rooms but don’t provide one free water bottle for a stay of 2 nights… strange. Otherwise, it was fun! "

"The line for a drink at the bar was 20 people deep, so no wine for me last night. The bedroom was to hot, turned the A/C on and it was to loud so could not sleep. I could hear people walking around upstairs. Whilst the hotel can not be blamed for the rain hitting the windows, they could have the trees cut back to atop the branches hitting the windows in the wind. "
