"The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot. "

"Very good hotel, would stay again, only one issue tou have to email the appartment 24 hiurs in advance ti get bookong in details, dont know why they just didnt awnd the details, i had to wait over half hour to get hold of someone as my calls wernt a swered resolved to whatsapp massaging only and the instructions wernt clear. "Villa Carlton is a beautifully preserved 1920's building within three or four minutes walk of Zakopane town centre. The public areas of the hotel are very original and retain all the charm of that era. Our room however had been fitted out with cheap white composite wood carpentry which was a rather nasty contrast. The mattress and pillows were of very poor quality. On arrival the room was very clean, but housekeeping was minimal with towels changed once in six nights, and the bath, floors etc...

"A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town."

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha.
