"We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort with such friendly and attentive staff. There was an impressive large variety of food available for breakfast. Veganism has barely reached Vietnam, however the chef was able to accommodate our needs, albeit on a limited selection. They clearly prioritised customer service which showed. We were particularly impressed with Hưng, Guest Experience Manager and Thiên Trường, F&B Supervisor for taking very good care of us. Thank you and to all your colleagues who always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a spectacular seaview. The resort is some distance from town, however they provided a free of charge twice daily shuttle bus service. "The property is new and modern. It is great to have welcome check-in snacks and free afternoon tea. My parents like your hotel a lot and will be back soon. Staffs at the restaurant are very nice and friendly, except the one who check in for us who kept demanding me to sit down to check in. My family has already occupied all the chair and she kept insisting me to sit to proceed check in. I have to ask my husband to stand up, move out so I can sit for her to check us in. Next time, you should look the scenarios first and can ask us to come to the counter to check in with a nicer tone. "
