"Great little boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Victor was great to help with luggage, Chloe and the girls at the front desk always willing to help with organizing a tour or a car to the airport. Was about a 15 minute walk to old town with a lot to look at along the way! Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is a short walk from Hoi An but worth the walk. It is a haven of tranquility and such an amazing find. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is OK but will never win prizes. But overall we love it. Spa treatments at 50% off gave us for massages for under £60. We were given a free dinner. And drinks and lunch were yum and very inexpensive. Highly recommend. "

"The property was in a great location on the river, and has easy walking access to all the best spots in Hoi An. The rooms were a bit dark but the hotel staff were happy to assist by providing extra lamps for the room. Breakfast was ok, not fabulous, and the service at the Japanese restaurant in house was terrible. The hotel staff were generally very helpful. The rooftop bar is cool too!"

"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."

"The staff were so friendly. They upgraded me to a better room as a surprise for me, which I really appreciated. It’s within walking distance to the Japanese bridge and from there you’re in the tourist my area. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was terrible, everything else was superb."

"This was a nice place to spend a few days bumming around Hoi An. Just removed enough from the action to have it feel peaceful coming "home", but easy to get to everything. Very very clean, with comfy beds. We had an interior room. Felt a little cramped but it was nice to be able to open the balcony doors for fresh air if not for a view (faces a narrow courtyard). "Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour.
