"Stay was perfect. Hotel was right in the middle of scenic Florence. Less than a few blocks to anything. Staff was amazing and courteous. Rooms were new, clean and modern with ample space provided you are spending most of your time out and about. Rooftop dining left us a little disappointed but we were compensated for the issue that occurred so I say that’s a wash. We would absolutely stay at Calimala again. "
