"Everything went beautifully during my stay. The people who work there (with the exception of one person at the front desk when I checked in) were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. I needed the engineers to come because the heat wasn't working properly. They tried for a long time, but brought a space heater to fix the issue. Gina, the housekeeper is personable and efficient. "

"I liked the hotel; especially the staff. The location was perfect for my needs. I didn't venture out much. I ate at the rooftop bar and, while very nice, I was shocked by the prices. The cost of living in Georgia must be much lower. It was easily twice the price that I would pay at home. I judge hotel rooms by several categories. The sheets and towels were excellent. The noise level was no issue at all. However, the room was too warm and I could not reduce the temperature. I think...

"Kimberly is the best!!! I have been going to this hotel almost every year for decades and I love it!! Staff is amazing, buffet breakfast and rooftop are unbeatable, apts are very large, ideal for longer stays or cold months. Location is very good, walking distance to everything, including shopping, Central Park, metro, etc. Nice beds and sheets, very clean and comfortable. Large kitchen. I totally recommend it!!"

"I loved the StayPinneapple! A friend recommended this chain as a clean, comfortable and affordable stay in major cities. I was VERY happy with everything about this place! Especially the artsy vibe, the location, the pinneapple cookies on check in, staff was wonderful and most of all, their dog friendly and even donate to shelters, which you can support, too! Location - mid town, easy access to port authority for newark airport walkable to so much including broadways shows I got to see....

"AMAZING! The highlight for me was definitely the room. It was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was so cozy, and the decor was nice, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
