"The hotel is just beautiful. There are special things to discover everywhere. One of our favorites was the secret ice cream parlor in the magnificent garden. Orange trees complemented by the delicate scent of date and birdsong surround you. The staff is also incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. We were so sad when it was time to leave."

"Just stunning on all fronts. If you want to know what it feels like to be royalty. Go here. The place is pristine. The staff are incredibly respectful and hard working. The food is expensive, but good. Drinks are very expensive. But this place is the real deal. Worth every penny. And there were many pennys"

"Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request. Staff great, location really good, did lots of steps but taxis readily available.Gym was well equipped and gradens beautiful. Perfect for a short winter break. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, its good if you want to lounge around and eat all day. We visited in February we had good weather in the week we stayed, so was surprised that the water in the pool was freezing. I was surprised at the limited pool space given the 5 star rating and the fact that the pool area was very basic looking. The hotel is located in a developing area, at the moment with limited surroundings as in not even a shop in walking distant, so you do have to commute. Its good...

"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay."
