"Room was clean and although a little small for three beds was fine. Did get a towel with a great big hole in the middle of it but replaced next day. Breakfast was good and great views from the terrace. Pool area small and on the day we were there not enough sun beds for all who wanted to use it (not helped by towels left on two beds and the owners did not return for the 3.5 hours we were sat there!). Location great for the start of the promenade and sea front. Steep hill to hotel but not very...

"The hotel is perfectly located- a short walk from great restaurants (Ladi and Black Marlin) and supermarkets like Spar. The staff were amazing at booking us taxis, recommending places to eat or anything else we needed to enjoy our stay. We really enjoyed access to their pool, sunloungers and beach front and even found that we preferred this to some of the other beaches we visited in Saranda/Ksamil! Could not recommend enough and will definitely be coming back! "

"The property is located just off the main road and easy to find. Easy walk to the ferry. There is so much happening at the moment. I would highly recommend this place. Not too touristy, but it’s building up for it! See it asap before it changes to much."

"We were worried at first because the hotel is quite far from the bay and staff said a taxi is 15 euros; however, it is a nice walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way and it didn't take more than a half hour. We got a private taxi back for 10 euros. Hotel is brand new, pool is lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Nice staff. Thank you!"

"First time visit to Albania. Wonderful 4 nights. The hotel was close to the port (10to 15 mins but bus or taxi, around 20euros if you get a cab or 100 lek pp on the bus). We were given a stand alone room overlooking the sea and literally 10 yards walk to the beach (pebble). Sea is clear. The breakfast had entry of choices (nothing over fancy but very good and a wide choice). The only issue as with most of Sarande expect steep stairs or driveways down to the hotels. "The rooms with the sea view are phenomenal. I was concerned that the lounge chairs would be too packed together, and they were fine. If you have a room you get two lounge chairs/pergola assigned to you, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel has no need of an official office, as the owner and staff are always at a table by the bar. They are all super friendly and helpful."
