" Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language. Highly recommended 👌 "

"The overall hotel is very good with nice and polite staff. Yet, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. "This hotel was excellent. The location is in beautiful setting. The terrace and swimming pool overlook the mountains and are the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel was easy to find. The restaurant had excellent food and wine and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. "
