"This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room. I wish I picked something with a closer train station. Everything was very clean and the services were ok. We didn’t really use any of the amenities except for the washer and dryer which are not meant for anything heavier than the occasional shirt. I tried washing 5 pants on a washer and dryer and my tees in another and I did the dryer twice and everything was still wet."

"Excellent location, having the airport limo bus drop you to the doorstep from Narita was so convenient. Having 2 train stations nearby made travelling around Tokyo easy, once we mastered the rail system. Dining options nearby were adequate. Carpet was a bit grungy even though we were on a remodelled floor. Room was small but you get what you pay for. We were fine. "

"The rooms are not big by western standards but in the Shinjuku area it good for two adults still. The amenities are good and standard Japan service like slippers, robes, toothbrush and paste, a few hangers and a usable bathtub line for your self wash hangings. I like that u can control all the lights in the room from the bedrest backboard. Also, ample room to store luggage’s under the bed. The showers are clean. "The location was super convenient for getting around and loads of local dining options. We stayed for 3 nights and our first night the bed was like a hammock. We changed rooms for the last 2 nights - reception handled the change well. The lifts take time and there is no stair option (emergency only). Check in is mostly electronic but staff are on hand which kind of defeats the purpose I thought. Would much rather a personal experience. "

"Really convenient, if you want to explore japan i think this is a good options since you can take the a bus directly to the airport either narita or haneda. Not to mention all the places to eat around the area. They also have an information desk (opens at around 11 i believe tho) for any questions you may have. I would come back but pay attention to what room you are getting, they can be small or super small."

"Our stay at this beautiful hotel was truly exceptional! The service and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The complimentary shuttle to the main town was a fantastic perk, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel boasts breathtaking views, and the breakfast was simply fantastic—plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. We booked three rooms, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the standout features was the shower—perfect water pressure and temperature, complemented by a stunning view from the bathroom into the bedroom. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!"

"This was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely come back to stay here again in the future! It was very convenient and family friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and very spacious. Every floor had a common microwave, vending machine for drinks and a scale. The bathhouse was great. We enjoyed it after a long day of walking. The kids playroom is ideal for younger children aged 3 and below as the room is very small and does not have any play equipment for older children. The laundry facility is very convenient and has a vacuum sealing machine. The only downside is when other guests forget to take out their laundry and hotel staff cannot do anything about it unless the laundry has been left in the machine for at least an hour. There is a family mart convenience store that you can access from inside the hotel. Shiomi station is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel and is 3 stops away from Tokyo Station. There are a few restaurants, a Ministop convenience store, and a grocery store near Shiomi station. The staff was also very helpful when you needed them. My children left behind a few of their items and the hotel was quick to respond and confirm our items to ship back to us (at our expense of course). "
